Music, Arts and Culture is regarded as a career and maximum effort is put to make sure every learner is exposed to all areas that include, Worship, Solo Singing, Sound Mixing, Dance, instrument playing, Choral singing and conducting, Public speaking for TV and Radio presenting, Talk show Anchors, Columnists, Event Directing, Crafting and Painting to mention but a few.
At Kirkman, we believe in identifying and activating talent now. Consequently, our artists are accorded real life platforms to showcase as well as commercialise their talent/skills.
Such platforms include live band performances, art and craft exhibitions, dance festivals, school competitions, concerts, journalism work, live TV and Radio presenting with local media houses (both print and electronic), corporate advertising and Events Directing.
This is done under our school mantra of replacing the best of this time now. In a bid to also bring the learners closer to reality of any subject at hand, tailor-made educational tours are periodically undertaken locally and abroad to Heritage sites, Monuments and Museums.
