The Application Process

Enrollment Fee
Payment of a non – refundable fee of USD$50 is required to secure the learner’s place with us. An assessment test is written to check the readiness of the learner and recommendations are made.

Registration Form
Registration forms can be filled in at the office together with one passport size photo of the learner , original birth certificate and a copy of the birth for record keeping. Acceptance of the application form denotes offer of a place.

Daily Register
A daily register is taken , if a learner is unable to attend school for any reason , kindly contact the admin and they will communicate to the facilitator concerned. Daily communication between the facilitator and the parent is done through the students’ communication book. In case a learner is absent for any reason , they access the daily’s work on moodle platform.

Fees for the term are due and payable on or before the first day of the term
Payment Plans
If the parent / guardian is not in a position to make a once off payment. We also have flexible payment plans.
Exemption of Learners
The Principal Head or Acting Head have the right to suspend or exempt the learner from the lessons if the fees are not paid up in full.
